NAV joystick don't work

Hi,
The NAV joystick don't work since yesterday.
I can't scroll down and cannot zoom anymore.
Is it possible to repair only the joystick or should I replace all the NAV unit ?
Thanks.

Nav unit is bad, that is one of the things that cannot be reapiredon the head unit and needs to go back to Chrysler. They just program another head unit for your vehicle and send it back to the dealership.

just buy one on ebay and have the dealership program it for you, or better yet get an aftermarket with touch screen. That is one reason that Chrysler wen away from that radio is the joystick and heating problems that lead to customers being mad about it.

If you Google "replacement navigation joystick chrysler" you'll see that there are a few companies who will replace/repair your joystick issue. I've never dealt with any of them but it may be a cheaper alternative to buying a new radio. Good luck.
