E3 spark plugs

i know this really isnt a performance mod but it is an engine mod, so to speak. Any one running them? ive searched here for e3, e3 diamon, e3 spark plug, nothing. Just wondering if they work as well as they say. if not im just going to stick with NGKs. i run them in my 442 and they last a long time and have no problems. anyway, any suggestions would be helpful.

we have had this discussion here before and came to the conclusion or I did anyway that they were junk. I did some research on the plugs and found nothing good about them I'll see if I can find the thread.

I just called my dealer and asked if they recommended me switch to a higher end spark plug, NGK G power. They said that they've heard of a lot of stalling issues with spark plug changes... just wondering if you've had any of those problems. I'm looking at ordering today since I'm at 31k miles.

You know, on the subject of E3's I've read a lot of negative things. However, on an episode of Gearz they took some E3 plugs to a special testing lab at a university in Michigan where they actually filmed how the plugs sparked in a special chamber in comparison to a traditional plug. The results are impressive in E3's favor. I'm a bit conservative myself, but it's tempting to try.

Here is the video:

Now I know that E3 is a sponsor for the show, but the lab is independent.

I ran e3's in my XK for a short peroid of time. I took them out because they were garbage. Didnt work any better then the stock champion plugs my commander came with which are only $1.49 a plug compared to the fortune e3 sells there plugs for.

I purchased some E3s for my lawn equipment a couple of years ago. Couldn't get 'em to spark. Not a one. While I can't comment on their design or technology, I found their quality control to need much improvement.

I ran E3's right around the time everybody was hyped up about them including myself...they worked fine until about 10k later maybe 12k. the 4.7 doesn't like them, from there I tried the bosch +1 and same results, after driving similar mileage. so I just went back to OEM C.C. Champ's, and am once again happy think I spent 22.00 for Champ's. Save your $$
