Working on my Jeep commander's spark plugs last night. Things were suppose to be pretty easy but that stupid bar that is suppose to be removed hit this specific part and it pulled a line connected to it and let out a loud hiss. I can't see the part number because the sticker has been rubbed off. I'm sure this is a dumb question but I am a car noob and I want to make sure I didn't majorly screw up.
You may have disturbed the a/c line which would make a hiss, and as far as that bar being removed there is a you tube video that shows how to change out the plugs and recommends the use of a GearWrench set of extentions that make the job a lot easier.
I agree with Swanny, that is definitely a pressurized AC line that you hit and you most likely broke or at the very least disturbed the pressurized seal.
And if that's the case, I don't know if that's something you'll be able to repair yourself.
it would be self repairable (or replaceable that is). I mean the R134 is all leaked out by now. It's just an AC line. What engine do you have?
