Alarm system good?

Just wondering if this new key/chip alarm system is really good or not.

Seems like it is much better then the normal Chrysler interlock.

So, does it really work?
Have the car thieves found out how to bypass it, yet?
Is the word out to the car thieves that they can't defeat this system (and to move on to the next car)?

Any reports, such as Consumer Reports, on this alarm system?
