hi I'm new to the forum and i just got a used 06 hemi. it has 25,000 miles on it and was ran on 87 octane for all 25,000 of them.(corporate car) I'm going to run 89 as the manual recommends. do i need to reset the computer so it realizes its getting the higher grade gas and bumps up the power? if so how do i do this? also the oil in it was 5-30 the dealership i bought it from put that in it. from what i understand this makes my MDS not function? i was reading something about having to reset the MDS system but i only found one post and it didn't make sense. it had more to do with the disconnecting the battery. im switching to 5-20 mobile 1 tomorrow morning.
