Welcome to the forum... No its is not the mopar box it is a rola rack with the 3 inch mount brackets.. here is the link

If u want to add mounts and such for a hi-lift jack or jerry canns, i would suggest getting a different rack, since this one doesnt have them available to add on.. however, i made my own tire mount and hi-lift mount with no problems for alot cheaper than u can buy them for other racks. just fyi.
