You need to remove the inside panel. Once you remove it you will figure out the rest. Don't pull on anything until you remove it. It is held in place by screws.

I knew he meant the lift gate handle. LOL... I'll be playing the lotto too I think Iowa Commander is moving to Bosnia or something. Is it for military reasons? I know the government will let you take your POV (Private Officer Vehicle) if you get relocated. But you can't take it to some locations... I used to work for a vessel company that did this service for the gov.
LOL, I am a civilian contractor. My girlfriend is from Bosnia and I am just considering moving someplace different than the US. The poor Commander just sits in my garage covered and tucked away. A great deal from somebody. I hate to see it go but I just dont need it. (That was hard to say)

I removed the 5 screws on the outside of the panel. It still seems to be attached and I don't want to pull on it very hard. Are there other screws that also need to be removed that I'm not seeing? Thanks
