I'm pretty sure you could fix one seat for less than the $1100 it would cost to cover all 3 rows of seats. Those do look pretty cool, but they aren't cheap.

Leather seats cracked... now what?

Any suggestions on what to do? I have the grey leather and am looking for replacement leather but haven't found anything yet. Other option was replacement seats but that gets expensive. Anyone have any input on this?

Do a Google search for used auto parts. I have seen the grey leather seats on numerous occaisions doing searches for other parts. You could probably get the leather coverings from Chrysler, but it would probably be cheaper to search for a used seat.

try an upholstery shop and ask them about "marine grade vinyl" it looks very similar to leather but stands up to the elements & wear and tear much better. i have an upholstery guy that works wonders. he has redone leather seats that are a near perfect match with the MGV... i just had him re-do the seats in my TJ with it and it's much more comfortable than regular leather seats IMO.

Yup, check out your local upholstery shops, unless you want the seats to look factory, for that you wanna go Dealership. Make sure you shop around though, you get what you pay for!!!

I'm in the boat. Saddle brown leather, local dealership quoted 511.00 for the seat bottom only, drivers side!! One of the Mopar parts places on the Innerweb looks to be about 381.00. I gots to think about this.

Did you use any cleaners or treatments on the leather?

Nah--but I think I had something in my back pocket. I try to check for tools, but sometimes I will miss something. Live and learn.

Seat Cracking

I have a 2007 Limited and the drivers seat is starting to crack? The left bottom piece, next to your left leg. It seems to new of a vehicle for my seats to start cracking. Has anyone else had problems with the leather cracking. Will my warranty cover anything?
