Sound deadener

Hey Meatball... do you use sound deadeners. If so what do you use and have you heard of some good products. I have been looking and dont really know what to go with. Dynamat seems a bit pricey compared to the other brands.

Help

Hi Meatball,

I made a huge mistake with my commander.

I brought it into the dealership to have the amp replaced.

Net result amp works, NAV unit doesn't and the radio is stuck on one channel. The dealer says it is just a coincidence.

A few questions.

Is there a computer diagnostic tool to tell the amp is not working? I was charged for an hours diagnostics and I can't find any section talking about NAV Stereo diagnostics.

Secondly do you know what the standard hours are for replacing an amp? I was charged for 3 hours.

Thirdly is there any hope for the NAV unit or is it toast?

Thanks

Peter
