Another Heap! After searching for a yr we now have a 2008 Black on Black Commander 4.7 sport. Kinda of feels like a replacement for my old cherokee sport. Shopping now for Rubi rims,tires and 2" lift!

Currently stock, but I already have my spacers and 32" Yokohama's in the garage. Tomorrow I should be receiving my 2" Rough Country lift.

The Commander is a replacement for my TJ that I just sold a few days ago. The Commander is much nicer, but I'm not enjoying it yet. It doesn't feel like an offroad vehicle, but I also haven't driven it offroad yet. I plan on waiting until I have everything installed before I give it a proper test.

2007 Overland, black w/ Two-tone interior. 75k miles.
Everything works except for the Park Assist.
Wanted a capable 4WD with an occasional third row to separate the kids. Love it so far. My first Jeep since a CJ7 Renegade I had in college around 1982.
My Plans include a modest lift, some larger tires, CAI, roof basket and front & rear steel bumpers for the coming apocalypse. My wife's plan is to prevent my plan.

2006 Commander 4x4 3.7L - 125K miles (all mine)

I just paid it off in September and decided I needed something to do with with the money I'm no longer paying to the bank . Just finish installing a K&N Cold Air Intake and a rough Country 2" lift (I should have done this on day one as the factory stance is the only thing I never liked about my Commander) and 1.5" PE wheel spacers. Just getting ready for some new 265/70R17 Falken Rocky Mountain A/T's. I'll be sticking with stock rims but am looking to have them powdercoated gloss black.

Thanks to all the forum contributers. This forum has been so much help as I plan and install my mod's.

Been lurking here the past few day while considering a purchase. Have to say the "unbiased" opinions helped me in my decision to bring it home. I now have an 06 Limited 4x4 5.7 sitting in my garage. Kinda reminds me of my first vehicle - an 86 Cherokee.

Just bought my first Commander today. It's a black '06 4.7 with 65K miles. Very excited to install a lift kit, upgrade wheels, more aggressive tires, roof rack, exhaust,etc... Leaning on this forum for wisdom.
