service 4WD system message!!

so i bought a fdcm from a member about 3 months ago and tried it yesterday morning at the dealer,first i was told that this module fits 2006 to 2010.dealer mechanic told me that the fdcm i had with me was a 2008 to 2010 and that 06 and 07 is another module!
so now im pissed! still have the same problem! i need another module! and this one is for sale!!

so i managed to dig up some info and what ive found is that the module ive bought is a 56044129an witch is a 06 to 10 MODULE. Transfer Case Control. [DS7]. . letters dont seem to mean much maybe revisions but now the 56044129an is for sale at 100$+15$ shipping to usa im in canada

yesterday i ordered a 56044199an from my local dealer just with this number arrived this morning and 269$ later i unpluged neg batt cable removed old module and swap for the new one waited around 10 min then repluged neg batt cable and voila! a 15min job including the 10min wait lol no more message and the best part of all i have my AWD back just in time for this morning snow!!
