i'm getting a ticking/clicking (only 3 or 4 times) when i accelerate from a dead stop and sometimes when i'm braking hard. It doesn't get worse when i turn, and everything it tight (i've checked EVERY bolt) so i'm thinking inner cv joint maybe?
i have a whine from the rear which has been there for over a year, but the click it from the front, and only 3-4 clicks and nothing when turning, so thats why i think it might be the inner cv joint. i also get a little bit of a clunk when i'm rolling and hit the gas from the front. and no its not the axle bushings i've replaced them 2x already in the last year.
ive seen this on cars sometimes while replacing a wheel bearing or an axle,if you dont put some never seize or grease on the splinx you can hear a noise similar to what you describe.might be worth checking
