The part number is correct. I have the latest version direct from Navteq. Even WinXP was copyright in 2001!

The software did not update from version AK. It appears to be a map and POI update.

I just looked at Navteq's site yesterday. Is that a lifetime update or one-time? $149 is pretty steep for a one-time! My biggest complaint is not knowing whether any significant updates are included. Yeah, POIs change regularly, but roads don't change all that often.

Did you notice any specific items updated?

They have updated the freeway system in Edmonton and added some newer roads around town. Even a bank that has been here a couple years is now there. It is a one time update.
