Cleaning Engine
Does anyone know what is the best way and what to use to clean my 4.7 engine?

I use either a can of engine degreaser or sometimes I just use Simple Green. The key is to not let it get too dirty. If you keep up with it it cleans pretty easily. I have not had any issues with getting water where it causes problems. Good luck.

I used Armor All Tire Shine spray (not foam) and got pretty good results...
