Need Help: Which Aftermarket Receiver Harness?

I'm putting a Sony headunit in my 2006 Commander. My Commander is a 65th Edition without nav or boston speakers. I have the basic factory radio system. I've done stereo before, but when I check with crutchfield and other sites, they claim I need a C.A.N. DATA TURN ON INTERFACE. Is this just an overpriced harness that I can get off ebay? I normally just get my harnesses off ebay for much cheaper than those site.

Cliffnotes: What Do I need to connect my aftermarket Sony to the commander? I know I need power antennae and the dash kit, but what other harnesses do I need? What is the "retained accessory power feature"? Thanks.

I did talk to him, but ended up getting a CAN Bus harness from a friend of a friend at Best Buy. Got the harness, dash kit, and antennae connector for $50!
