Q: Why does my USB device not work with the MyGIG?
A: The MyGIG radio is compatible with USB storage devices that comply with the Mass Storage Device Standard. Some devices can be configured to this standard using specific software (i.e.: iTunes for iPod). Visit the USB device manufacturer’s website for more information.
