removing mopar speakers and amp

so since i am selling my car. i am removing my whole sound system and putting it in my friends commander. and putting his in mine. does anyone know how to remove the amp in the back?
is it just 2 screws holding it on? or what? really need help cause we are removing it tomorrow.

yea no we decided not to in the end. Instead, just got him an aftermarket amp and head unit. and in the works of installing new speakers.

i just came across this post.. i have 06 jeep commander....our factory amp went out, and we replaced all the door speakers,but left the front dash in...we put on after marker amp and kicker speakers..now the amp is always making a popping noise.and shuts off and goes to diagnostics mode... can anyone help me out....PLEASE
