06 basic radio swap with 08?

Ok I just became a proud owner of a 2006 trail jeep commander with the 4.7L. It has the basic CD radio in it. I of course want to upgrade it to a navigation. I found a 2008 Cherokee/commander navigation with part number P05064401AH. Would this work in mine? I tried searching but did not come up with a solid answer

You'll need a few things to add a MyGig to an 06 because they didn't originally come with them. You'll need some type of bezel, a lockpick adapter, a navigation antenna, an extension for the Sirius antenna, and a microphone for the uConnect.

Search MyGig and check it out in case I missed something.

You need a low speed bus radio, not high. I'm fairly certain the one you linked to is low.
