Question Bluetooth Inbound Call Failure???

Hi everyone! I'm having a strange problem with the Bluetooth phone operation in my 2008 MYGIG RER system. I have two phones paired successfuly, and both are able to make outbound calls. However, neither can receive inbound calls. The system mutes radio and alerts that there is an inbound call accurately. But, when I go to answer the call by pressing the bluetooth phone button on the radio, the people on the other line cannot hear me. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. Is there a dafault "mute" option somewhere on the call settings menu? Or, is this something I have to take to the dealer to figure out? HELP!!! (and thanks!)

Hawkeye it might just be as simple as a software update. If I remember correctly I think we have talked in the past about the lockpic from coastsaletech , there product has been known to solve some of these problems others are having

Send an email including your name and Address and ask for a REN software update CD to Steve Montealegre at Harman Becker ([email protected]) and he will send you an upgrade CD for the MyGIGREN.

Harman Becker produces the mygigs for chrysler. I know this has worked for others in the past

Thanks onebirdyman! You have helped in the past on the coastaltec. I just haven't sprung for it yet... I figure that I can hard wire my phone into the aux jack if I need the pandora radio that bad... But as far as the inbound bluetooth phone issue, I'll definitely email that person. Do you know if they handle the gracenote (album artwork) updates also?

I believe they do, just a word of advice with the gracenote update i've heard that the update will wipe out the hard drive and you will have to upload everything back on
