Question VES Gets no Powers

I bought an 06 commander with leather 6-disc changer and ves. I dont have the Nav. But my question is i have no power to my VES. I was Wondering if anyone has had an issue with this?? I press the power button on the dvd in the second row on the bottom console, but nothing happens. Any help or suggestions would be awsome.

First, check your power. Fuses 1 under dash. Fuse 28 under the hood.

I did check the fuses they seemed fine. I will double check them tho.. Could the dvd player be bad? or maybe a loose wire? Not sure how to find it behind the dash?
