Replacing instrument cluster lights

When I bought my XK two of the lights were out in the "information center", now I have three out. How do I go about replacing these? Can I replace these or does it require a trip to the dealership? Is it covered under a 7/70 service contract?

Also, on the topic, how do I get access to behind my dashboard. I tried removing all the screws that hold the dash front in, but it didn't easily come out. I didn't want to force because I didn't want to break anything, but I couldn't get it off.

Answers appreciated!

Thanks! I had found that first video from a link on JF but not the second one. Honestly, how easy is it to do LEDs? I'd like to do them on the XK and on my wifes Monte Carlo and my Camaro but I'm hesitant to be putzing around with electronics/soldering on the car
