Cluster lights flickering

Hey guys! I have noticed that my cluster lights have started to flicker at times. It has been dry no rain no car wash so water going into electronic system is out of questions. The lights dim out and come back to the selected settings via dimmer switch.today, It did it again and I immediately started to play with dimmer switch and it was lagging behind. I.e. the interior lights come on when the dimmer is turned all the way up, it took a second to turn on. Any suggestions???? Also, if its my headlight switch Assembly, easy to replace or what??

Thanks
