Wiper Delay

2008 Commander, wiper delay does not work.

Found a thread that said to swap Horn relay with Intermittent Wiper Delay relay.

Cannot identify those relays.

A friend said he gave a complete set of manuals to A49erfan.

Wonder if he or any one else can help me identify these relays.

Thanks.

This is the chart for the fuse panel under the hood - it's the front one on the drivers side - go by fuse colors and position to find correct relays. This is just the beginning of the fuse list for the IPM - I didn't copy the rest. Also do you have the rain sensing wipers? Whole different ball game with rain sense

Another thought - the front control module also has a lot to do with the wiper circuit.
