SiriusXM Channel 17

Hi all. Newish owner here with a 2007 RAQ radio. Just transfered my satellite radio subscription to my commander. It works ok but I can't tune to channel 17. I had this channel on my aftermarket pioneer in my subaru.

I found some references to blocked channels and not being able to tube to channels >184 in other forums but nothing really related to lower channels.

Can anyone else tune to channel 17?

I use to be able to get ch#17 but it disappeared late this summer, what was on 17 is now on ch#70. I never tried for reset this channel because my screen was unreadable at the time, since that time it has returned to not a perfect screen, still has colored lines but the info is readable, as long as the radio works I can live with the screen. Hope this helps.

I should add that ch#70 added Christmas music on Nov. 1 so now I am listning to ch#15 until closer to the season, like the week before.
