Can you lock out NAV

Good morning fellow Commander compadres,

Is there any way to lock out nav system when valet parking, this is a major security risk seeing as my Commander has gate and garage key programmed in system. In the past we have been deleting history and address this is getting very old.

Re: Can you lock out NAV

I am not aware of a lock out.

If you are concerned that someone may take your Commander for a joy ride and get to your home address via the nav system - do what I did ... program the nav system "home address" with a city center location close by your house - I have my home address as a country club I belong to - it is only four miles from my house so it still gives me a pretty accurate ETA when traveling home from out of town.

Re: Can you lock out NAV

If you are lucky/unlucky like me you live in a development that is too new for the NAV to know where you live.
