Chrysler SUVs Recalled Over Fuel Pump Issues
Chrysler is recalling 467,000 SUVs to fix an issue with the fuel pump.
In the affected models, which are the 2012-13 Dodge
Durango and 2011 Jeep
Grand Cherokee equipped with the 3.0-liter diesel engine, certain fuel-pump relays are susceptible to deformation which will cause an issue with the pump function, possibly stopping the vehicle from starting or leading to an engine stall.
The new campaign affects around 338,216 vehicles in the U.S., 18,991 in Canada, 10,829 in Mexico and 99,444 outside the NAFTA region according to Chrysler.
