help with 30K inspection

In my 2006 Owner's Manual it says to change transfer case fluid at 30,000 mi. for schedule "B".

The manual calls for trans service at 60k under sched 'b'
There is no service interval for the trans if using schedule 'a'
I plan on a 50k service regardless of service schedule.
I think 60 is a bit long......I think never is............good grief!
As 5253 says, probably the most important service is the transfer case at 30k intervals.
You'll note, regardless of schedule 'a' or 'b' the mileage doesn't vary.

yeah i am planning on doin the spark plugs, air filter, pcv valve, oil and filter, dont have a transfer case, now bout the rear axle........do you just pull the rear cover off and let it drain then refill it thru the inspection hole on the rear cover once you reinstall it? also is it a gasket or rtv sealant? thanks for all the help and quick replies, have owned this commander fro one day now and am loving this site that i stumbled apon today. lots of good info on here.

You got it....
Pull cover, clean mating surfaces of RTV, wipe out excess lube, reseal cover with a bead of RTV....wait a bit for set up, and fill at check hole.
No gasket.
