60k Service

So I got this list directly from the dealer on what would be done during a 60k service. I can do most of this myself, but have questions on some. Hoping you guys can help.....

Can do myself:
Change the engine oil and engine oil filter
Rotate the tires.
Check spare tire for proper pressure and correct stowage.
Inspect the engine air cleaner filter, replace if necessary.
Replace the spark plugs.
Drain and refill the rear axle
Flush and replace engine coolant/anti-freeze.

Questions about:
Drain and refill the automatic transmission fluid, and replace main sump filter and cooler return filter (if equipped) (3.7L/4.7L/5.7L).
How do I know if a cooler return filter...pretty sure I don't.

Inspect the brake linings.
Is this "Dealership speak" meaning, "Look at the brake pads"??

Inspect the PCV Valve, replace if necessary.
What is a PCV Valve? where is it? and is it something I can do myself?

Inspect the engine accessory drive belt
Look at the accessory drive belt? Can I replace it myself?

I'm pretty handy with a wrench, I do most of the maintenace on my 4Runner that I use for off-roading and as a daily driver, just haven't done any maintenance on the Commander yet, always taken it to the dealership. I have finally convinced my wife of the cost effectiveness of me doing as much maintenance as possible and letting the dealership do the stuff I can't handle. Thanks for any help with the above questions.

I can answer a few.

Brake linings are composed of a relatively soft but tough and heat-resistant material with a high coefficient of dynamic friction (and ideally an identical coefficient of static friction) typically mounted to a solid metal backing using high-temperature adhesives or rivets. The complete assembly (including lining and backing) is then often called a brake pad or brake shoe.
