Hard shifts.

Been having a hard 2 down to 1 shift for a while now and the last dealer said it was just the AWD part of the 4wd that is normal for the commander. Went to another dealer and they now say that the front transfer case mounts are completely separated from the case it's self. I guess there is a rubber motor mount like setup thats ripped. Don't know if the transfer case has any mounts, but I'll give it a good look over and post a pic (if I can)

Thank God for extended warranty.

I was experiencing the same issue. I went in for differential service and the problem was resolved. I wonder if it is related?
