Front Brakes

Just replaced the rotors and pads on my 06 Commander. It was super easy.
Please do it yourself and save tons of money.

Good to know. I used to have an SRT and it took about 30 minutes for the whole job (including beer breaks).

Rear Axle and Transfer Case is just as easy, should do that yourself as well. You may need to get a cheap tool for the Transfer Case and front Axle, the plugs have an extra large recessed hex head fitting, requiring a big allen wrench or hex head attachment for you socket wrench, that most people do NOT have in their tool box.

Front axle is more of pain to get at the plugs then it is complicated, shouldn't be any more difficult.

Same with Changing Trans Fluid and filter. Only exception, the 3.7L V6 trans, the Mercedes NAG1/W5A580 trans filling and checking the proper fluid level is complicated, needs special tools and you have to be ulta-precise, that is one I would recommend only the more experienced shade tree mechanics attempt and only after doing the research and getting the tools needed.

You don't happen to have a write up with pictures for any of this?
