besk spark plugs to run in 06 3.7l

My commander has 77k on it now so I think its time for new spark plugs? I'm looking for opinions on what you guys think is the best spark plug to replace my oem's with. secondly, any tips or tricks i need to know to get the job done? any info would be great. thanks in advance.
