CRD, engine rattle on start-up

One for the 3.0 CRD owners.
For a little while I have now had this horrible rattle, but only on start-up from cold and only for about 10 secs or so.
Anyone come across this or have a suggestion?

Please see video for the noise.

The sound comes from valves. Namely, from the hydrocompensator bars. It's time to fix them or you'll broke valve stems (with everything that follows). Also I think that you change you oil too rarely and engine has enormous sludge deposits in all its corners. As a chip medicine I'd try to wash the engine (what I do at every oil change) with a help of Liqui Moly's Oil Schlamm Spülung (part number 1990, add 2 cans into the oil before its change and then drive for about 100 miles), then change the oil as usual (I recommend Fuchs Titan Pro Flex 5w-30 because of its great pumpability). After that, the sound should be more quiet and shorter. But the process of hc bars' has begun so it's just the half-measures.

Thank you for your reply.
Oil change and engine flush was done recently, but I haven't had the car that long so can't vouch for previous owners.

I will look into your suggestion.
