DIY or Video Guides for Lower Spark Plugs on 2nd Gen 4.7?

I've been searching high and low for a guide for the lower exhaust plugs on the 2nd generation 4.7. Most guides are for the 1st generation or don't go into any detail on changing the lower plugs. Based on what I've found most people haven't attempted it or aren't at the mileage called for in the maintenance guidelines. However, I'm doing all 16 at once at 154k just to do it. Has anyone found a decent guide or an FSM? Otherwise, it looks like it'll be pretty dicey. Luckily my wife is usually willing to help me with her slender hands. :P

Edit: Somehow, I got pulled into the wrong subforum. :I
