Midwest / East Coast Camp Commander 2010 - Poll and Planning

Well it is that time of year again to start the discussion for rides next year. Several forum members (and non-members) have started the communication off line and put together some ideas. We would like everyone who is interested in attending to chime in and offer suggestions and ideas to make all the Camp Commanders in 2010 a success!

Camp Commander @ JeepSkool - early summer? Please vote on the poll!
We (Tymac, Cico7, and I) are working with JeepSkool staff to see if we could set up a 4 day weekend ride. So far it seems they are open to this as a possibility. JeepSkool has an excellent facility for camping and a new bathhouse! The park has something for everyone - from stock to extreme. Tymac, Cico7, myself have ridden at this park several times and know the lay of the land fairly well.

Camp Commander @ Flagpole Knob - Late Summer? Please vote on the poll!
I do not know about you guys but I am very anxious to get back to VA.! Even though I cut my trip short I still had a tremendous amount of fun and the scenery was awesome. An email was sent out to several forum members floating the dates of August 13-16th. I put up a couple of dates for your consideration.

I may seriously consider coming to Jeepschool. What town is it in?

American by birth, Southern by the grace of God.

JeepSkool is located near Mantua, Ohio. The exact location is kept under wraps because it is private property and Jeep events are only the first weekend of the month. They also have HummerSkool and ATVSkool on different weeekends. So the window for us is only the first weekend of the month. BTW, I am planning to make it to JeepSkool every month after the temperature rises to above 40F next year.

I'm up for either one really, but would prefer VA just for the fact that I can go to JS any month. On the other hand, 4 days at JS would be AWESOME!!!

I'm planning on attending both. I like mid August for Flagpole.

JeepSkool would be better for me (closer) but I will abstain from voting for now because I have no idea how next summer will shape up yet.
