Odometer Question....

I'm curious about how the overall wheel diameter and circumference changes the readouts on our Jeep's....

Clearly it messes up the speedo... but I'm wondering if it isn't adjusted for that, does it mean that the odometer is off... which would put the AVG MPG reading off as well... Does this make sense?

You are correct. Your odometer will not reflect actual miles driven, your speedometer will be off and your gas mileage will not read correctly.

Why thank you 49er... Who in here is good at calculus and can come up with some type of formula to help out here... or is there something on the net for this sort of thing?

I love this site:

http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp

Should be able to figure out all the adjusted values from there/
