New Boots - Cooper STT's - 245/70R17

got this set of Cooper STT's for $400 used..

they are 245/70R17 and i love them

Looks good, but --- snow in May?!? Oh well, at least you get to test out the new tires for next winter (unless this winter never ends for you)!

Im in Alberta Canada...it will snow from october straight through to october its it wants too...and yes snow in may.. this storm lasted bout 6 hours and yielded city wide power outages..closed hiways from Edmonton to Calgary (186 miles) and about 1 foot of snow. it was a mild spring snow storm.

I've had my STT's for 7 months now and highly recommend them. Not really the best tire for snow or rain due to lack of siping, but other than that, every other condition gets dominated by this tire!

I just ordered a set that should be here i a few days. I had a set of the old-style STT's several years ago and just haven't been impressed with many other brands since. I have tried Silent Armors, BFG's, and Geolanders, but keep coming back to the STT...
