Need some tire/wheel advice

I got some prices on a wheel package today. I am looking at the XD SPY wheels (17x8, +18mm offset).
Do you think these wheels will stick out to far. I was told that they would not rub with this offset, but am not positive. I have a 2" RC lift with a leveling spacer.

I got a price for the wheels with Goodyear Duratracs (265 70 17)
price= 1730.00

I also got a price for the same wheels with the Toyo Open Country ATs or Nitto Terra grappler ATs
price=1400.00

Does anyone have any other AT tire recommendation. I do not go off road very often, but we do get a lot of snow on our roads. I also like the aggressive look of the Duratracs.

Are the Duratracs really loud on the highway?

I appreciate the help and advice. Thanks

2007 Jeep Commander Limited, 5.7L HEMI, Stone White. 2" RC lift with Robby's spacers. Goodyear Duratracs 245/75/17. Magnaflow catback exhaust. AFE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake.

I run 17 x 8.5, +14 Offset with 265/70/17 Terra Graplers and just barely rub the liner while turning in reverse. So, you should be fine with 8.5 and +18 Offset. The Duratracs are more aggressive than the Nitto's so that might factor into the equation. Either way, you should be fine and maybe you will have to remold the liner with a heat gun.

2006 Inferno Red Commander------RR 2.25" lift, Smoked corner lights, "Limited" Color-coded rear Grab Handles, Mopar hitch, Matrix w/hoop, "Jeep" driving lights, Rear Bumper lights, Fuel Hostage 17x8.5 +14et wheels, Nitto Terra Graplers 265/70/17
Future mods---- skids, Rage roof cargo basket, PIAA 525 auxiliary lights,
