Probably the best way is to have a tire place (Les Schwab etc.) dismount and clean the tires, then remount them to the wheels. If water's in them, who knows what else? Dirt? Mice nests? That's what happens when they sit around with their beads broken open.

2006, 4.7L, QTII, Toyo M/T 265/70R17 tires, Ultrasport 175 wheels, Rocky Road 2.25'' lift kit, HID off-road lighting, Surco 50x60 roof rack, Foxwing awning.

Lots of high schools have auto classes or your county may have a vocational school for that.
