Wheel problem

ok so i installed my lift, but when i put on my rubicon wheels, they fit in the back but in the front they barly hit the brake calipers and it scrapes, now i already planned on installing the spidertrax spacers, and i just wanted to know if anybody else had this problem with the stock rubicon wheels on their commander? Also is the wheel spacers the only route to fixing this problem? thanks for yals replies.
