Safari Rack Vs. Spare Tire compartment

So, I am looking in to buying a safari rack for the spare wheel for my Jeep. Which ones are recommended based off of you guy's experience? Or will the spare tire compartment work for my needs? I have size 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grappler tires that are pretty much new. They measure out to a pinch over 31.5. I have been told that it would fit underneath if I deflate the tire, which I don't mind. I would just buy a small compressor. I'm guessing I am asking which option would be better and if I went with the safari rack option what else would I need to buy with it?

If you're gonna put a rack on, the next thing to buy is an LED light bar.

...then a Fox wing awning.

2006, 4.7L, QTII, Toyo M/T 265/70R17 tires, Ultrasport 175 wheels, Rocky Road 2.25'' lift kit, HID off-road lighting, Surco 50x60 roof rack, Foxwing awning.

Adondo, how did you run your wires for the light bar and other lighting?
