Do wheels from other Jeep models fit 06 Commander?

I just bought a 2006 Commander Limited. The wheels are corroded though and I want to trade them out for OEM Chrome. However, I wonder if wheels from other Jeep models would fit on my Commander (Grand Cherokee specifically). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My son just sold his brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited wheels to a freind that has a Commander (07 I think) But pretty sure the bolt patterns are the same on a lot if not all jeeps.

06 Commander Limited Hemi - QDII,
Past -89 Comanche, 98 Grand Cherokee (2WD), 2000 Cherokee, 05 Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7
Had to replace the brakes - they opened more gas stations in town

Found this is a better answer - see http://www.wranglerforum.com/f105/je...rns-10790.html But it is old and only shows up to 2008

The bolt pattern is the same but the backspacing may not be the same.
