Talking Tire Size Question after conversation with Tire Rack

I purchased a 07 Hemi 4x4 JC and really enjoy driving it. I needed an upgrade in space since i have a new addition to our family. I would like to purchase some new tires and also would like to upgrade the size. After speaking with the Customer Service at tire rack i though i should double check with the forum first.
when asking if i can put a larger tire on the stock wheels i was told "Yes, we show you can use 245/65R17, 245/70R17, 255/65R17 or 265/70R17"
245/65R17 is 29.4" tall and 9.64" wide
245/70R17 is 30.5" tall and 9.64" wide
255/65R17 is 30" tall and 10" wide
265/70R17 is 31.6" tall and 10.4" wide"
and he provided a link to the 265/70R17
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...N&sortValue=19

Is it correct that i can put a 265/70R17 from what i read from other posts here I believe I would need a lift kit for that? Which also leads me to my next newbie question. Im not sure if my jeep is currently lifter or if this spacer I pictured is stock with the jeep. I currently measure 35" in the front from the ground to bottom of the front fenders. The Rears im not sure and dont see a spacer like i see in the front. Thank you for checking out my post and for your helpful comments.

You got a spacer on top, might be a rough country 2inch spacer lift.

Thank you for the reply and confirming the spacers for me.
shouldn't i see a similar spacer in the rear or is there no need for a spacer for the rear to lifted or a different way to lift the rear? also what do you think about the tire 265/70/15 do you think it should fit even if for some chance that only the front is lifted and the rear is stock height. thanks again for you help

there should be one on top of the rear springs if there isn't maybe its just a leveling spacer for the front which wouldn't be 2 inches. The tires would probably fit but you most liekly would need tire spacers or the pinch weld mod. I am going based on what I have read before. You might get away with just the lift but it might rub at full lock.

I took two pictures of the passenger rear and one of the driver rear. I did measure today and not sure how level the ground was but i came in about about 33 1/4 inches from the ground to the bottom rear fender. I believe i'm about two inches shorter in the rear than the front. Im not sure if that's because of weight or just no lift in the rear and not sure why the front would be lifted and not the rear if that's the case. Thanks for your help and here is the pics

I do not see any spacers on the back its probably just a leveling kit up front.
