Biggest tire size on 2" lift

Does any one know whats the biggest size you can run on a 2" lift. My current BFGoodrich Krawler T/A KM2 are pretty worn out and i am thinking of getting some Super Swamper M16 in LT295/70R17 or LT285/65R18. Does any body know which would fit best or if they will fit at all with my lift. thanks

Those won't fit unless you want to do some serious cutting of the XK's fenders. Biggest you can run with a 2" lift are 265s.

other sizes:
245/75/17 = 31.46 x 9.5 x 17

255/70/17= 31 x 10.5 x 17

265/70/17= 31.6 x 10.5 x 17

Haha, you would need a 4 inch lift with custom tube fenders or something equivalent to run those M16's in a 295/70R17. Once i get my superlift and fenders ill be sporting the M16's.

I wouldn't go over a 32 inch diameter. I'm running 255/75/17s and they are 32.1 inches diameter. I would say that is about the limit with a two inch lift. You can check various tires sizes on tire calculators to calculate the diameter. Discount Tire has one here http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos

Yes, a lot of options and a lot to think about. Take your time and mull it over.

FYI, 265/65/17 is 30.56 inch diameter. 265/70/17 is 31.61 inches diameter. Stock is 245/65/17 which is 29.54 inches diameter.

Tire/Lift?

I'm looking at getting a 2" Daystar lift kit within the next 3 or 4 months. The problem is I need new tires now, I currently have stock tires and rims. I want a bigger tire for the lift, but what larger size tire would fit now without rubbing??? Thanks in advance.
