Rusty front skid plate bolts

I was going to remove the front OE plastic skid plate located below the engine until I realized the front two bolts are rusted and are difficult to remove.
Before I attempt to remove the bad bolts, I would like to have new bolts with me so I can replace the bad ones.

Has anyone replaced the bolts before? If so can you verify the part number 06505269AA?
Does anyone have any extra bolts that will work with the stock front skid plate they are willing to part?

I can't believe out of 5 dealers within 30 miles, none of them have the bolts in stock.

I ended up buying several bolts and washers from a hardware store to replace the front two bolts that have the worst oxidation damage.

If you look at the rear bolts, the specialty sized OE washer just fits in the recessed area.
