Interior scratches and marks

I have a few scuffs, scratches, etc. in several of the plastic panels. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for concealing or 'buffing' them out. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try using a magic eraser but be gentle, it can be pretty harsh on automotive plastics.

I'm going to attempt to sand some of the cuts and scrapes my rear interior has acquired from me taking my mtn. bike in and out over the months, I'm using finishing grit sand paper to gently remove the scuffs and smooth everything out, if it doesn't work oh well
