sunroof vs dvd player

Hey all I was wondering if anyone knew how difficult it was ( if possible) to install the factory dvd player if the jeep already had the sunroof. Thanks

2006 Jeep Commander Black with slate grey leather interior, debaged, tinted windows, 2.25in RR suspention lift, Coming Soon: tinted headlights, tail lights,rims and tires!

Should be no difference whether it has the sunroof or not.
