Elbow Luxury - Leather covered Console cover/ door armrest Pads

Hello all.... Hope your holiday season is rolling merrilly along!

Just had my center console lid covered in Dark slate colored Leather to accent my interior slate trim. Also had elbow pads made for the front and rear doors done. I had to make templates of the door armrests, and I took off the center armrest and sent them to the company called 22 Elite (PM me for info if interested) They turned out absolutely beautifully. A worthwhile functional improvement over the armrests the way they were. (The Overland Edition Commander has a leather covered console cover, but you knew that!) This leather is of a high grade. The stiching and overall attention to detail is outstanding. The added "cush" to my center armrest makes a difference. My elbows are smiling. It also asthetically tones down the cream/beige color. Great investment for me. I highly recommmend it. I'm trying to post pics..first time doing it so bear with me.

Other mods so far are Grand Cherokee SRT8 pedal covers (gas and brake) and Polished Stainless Steel Exterior door handle covers. For the door handle covers, I only used a part of it on each door - more as a subtle (as subtle as can get) accent. I have also taken off the all lettering and (5.7, 4X4, Limited, Hemi, etc.) from rear liftgate to give it a "cleaner" look in the rear. Lovin' my Commander!

Also added the Mopar rear view assisit camera.

Those are my mods thus far. I will of course do more as my pennies allow.

The 2007 Limiteds also have the leather covered console lids as standard.

Re: Armrest pads-Elbow Luxury

Looks good. Someone needs to come up with a pad for the top portion of the door, right above the pads you installed, by the window. I already have an indentation from where I rest my elbow. I can't be the only one, unless my guns are so heavy

Re: Armrest pads-Elbow Luxury

That looks great!

It's funny, on the exterior of the XK I like keeping it understated and more rugged. I purchased the chrome grill for the front of the XK and sent it back because I didn't like it.

But on the interior I like as much bling and luxury as possible! I added the pedals, chrome knobs (thanks YB!), leather seats, and dvd and I am looking at the dash kits and I will definitely add these pads. If anyone knows of any other interior accessories sites please share!

I would definitely like the leather interior door handles as well if anyone knows where to get them.

Once again, great find on this interior leather pieces.
