Are Commander and Cherokee seats interchangeable?

I want to get leather seats for my '07 Commander 1st and 2nd row.I've looked at covers and thought it might be easier and cheaper to get seats from a junk yard.I think seats from 2006-10 Commander and seats from 2005-09 Grand Cherokee will just bolt in.Am I right about this?

The first row might work - mounting holes could be the same. I doubt if the second row would work:
1. Commander: 40-20-40; fold and tumble for access to third row. Mounting holes could be the same, but I doubt it. Also, second row is stadium - mounts higher in the vehicle, but this could be just the frames.
2. GC: 60-40. These seats fold, but do not tumble. These seats would sit too low in the Commander.
3. As jeep5253 said, there are a lot of seats on ebay. Type in jeep commander seats. Good luck.

Yup,check ebay. There was that thread about leather seats, brown, for sale on that site. All rows I think it was for 500 plus shipping.Use what works and leave the rest or keep them for spares.
