Speaker information

Can anyone help me

I want to replace my stock speakers in my standard audio system in my 2007 commander

What sizes and types do I need?

I'm looking at alpine type r 6x9 for the front and alpine type s coaxials 6.5 for the back

Do I need tweeters or components or will these speakers work?

Give Crutchfield a call. They are really good with giving you options ranging from keeping your Jeep stock to as fancy as your wallet allows. They were super helpful with a purchase I made for my old XJ.

2006 Limited, Light Khaki Metallic, Light Graystone/Dark Khaki Leather, HEMI, QDII, Rear DVD, REC Nav w/09 Database, woody side, EGR hood deflector, AEM Gun Metal Brute Force CAI, tilting rearview mirrors.

If you are going to keep your stock radio, try and find 2 ohm speakers, as this is what the stock radio is rated. Best Buy carries a few, but Crutchfield will have a larger selection.

Front doors - 6x9
Rear doors - 6.5
Dash - 3.5

IMHO, Infinity makes excellent 2 ohm speakers.
