Painting Wheels

I know there has been a couple guys that have painted their stock wheels...What paint did you use? I've done some reserch and all i can really come up with is forums on how to and most people have used the dupli color wheel paint. Somebody even used bbq grill paint cause they said it held up the best. Any opinions? Also, who ever has done it how are they holding up?

I would say go with powder coating, I got quoted 75 bucks a rim for a standard wheel.. They wont chip as easy as if you painted them. check: powdercoating vs painting thread for a better idea too

Being that Im in alaska it would run me about 150 per wheel to pwder coat. Things are a lil more pricy up here. Also Im trying to do them in blac and red and I'm not sure they can do 2 colors on powder coating.
